An associate member of ICAI and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from DU. Have experience in Assurance and Advisory, MIS, Bookkeeping and Payroll Works, Taxation, GST consultancy & filings and other direct tax laws. He also possesses experience in cost analysis, fund management, labour law compliances, conducting process reviews and compliance reviews of various financial and non-financial processes. He has the expertise to help and assist start-ups to analyse the possible business models and provides hand-holding to various startups in relation to all legal & financial compliances including fund raising activities.
